1 Competition period 活動期間

Entries open at 12:00am Taipei time on 1 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm Taipei time on 25 November 2026. There are nine rounds, one per balloon flight date. Each round closes at 11:59pm Taipei time on the Wednesday shown in the table (about two weeks before its flight; the first two rounds both close on 7 October) and is announced the Thursday after closing. All times in these terms are Taipei time; 11:59pm Taipei time is 2:59am the following day in Sydney and Melbourne (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).

登錄自台北時間 2026 年 10 月 1 日 00:00 起，至 11 月 25 日台北時間 23:59 止。共九個梯次，每梯次對應一個搭乘日；各梯次於上表所列之星期三台北時間 23:59 截止（約為搭乘日前兩週；前兩個梯次同於 10 月 7 日截止），截止後星期四公布得獎者。日期如上表。本條款所列時間均以台北時間為準；台北時間 23:59 為澳洲東部夏令時間（雪梨、墨爾本）隔日凌晨 2:59。

2 Eligibility 參加資格

You must be 18 or over and a Dynasty Flyer member when you enter, and hold a 297 ticket issued in your own name for a China Airlines operated international flight departing Australia between 1 January and 31 December 2026. Both completed and upcoming journeys qualify. Codeshare flights and 081 (Qantas) ticket stock do not qualify. No residency requirement. Employees of China Airlines, the balloon operator and the judging panel, and their immediate families, and travel agents entering clients' tickets, are not eligible.

登錄時須年滿 18 歲並為華夏會員，且持有本人之 297 票號、搭乘中華航空自澳洲出發之自營國際航班、澳洲出發日期在 2026 年 1 月 1 日至 12 月 31 日之機票；已完成或尚未搭乘之行程皆可參加。共掛班號（Codeshare）航班與 081（澳航）票證不符資格。不限居住地。中華航空、熱氣球業者及評審單位之員工及其直系親屬、旅行社代客登錄者，不具資格。

3 How to enter 登錄方式

Complete the online entry form before the closing time. One entry per ticket number; repeat entries for the same ticket are not accepted, and selected dates cannot be changed after submission. Select up to four flight dates in order of preference; your entry is judged in each round you select. Answer the question in 50 to 200 words, English or Chinese. Your surname must be entered in English letters, exactly as shown on your ticket. Entry is free.

於截止時間前填妥線上登錄表單。每張票號限登錄一次，同一票號重複登錄將不予受理；送出後所選梯次不得更改。依志願順序選擇最多四個搭乘梯次，作品於所選各梯次分別評選。以 50 至 200 字回答題目，中英文皆可。姓氏須以英文輸入，與機票上之英文姓氏一致。參加免費。

4 Judging 評選

This is a game of skill; chance plays no part. The question is: "The souvenirs travel leaves you: Tell us about the people, places and moments from a journey that you’ll never forget." Entries are judged blind by an independent third party on relevance, reference to China Airlines products or services, and creativity. One winner per round. An entry that does not win carries into the later dates selected until the competition ends. Each ticket number may win once only. Ties are re-assessed against the same criteria. The judges' decision is final.

本活動為技術競賽，不含隨機成分。題目：「旅行帶給你的紀念品：寫下旅程帶給你難以忘懷的人事物」 由第三方獨立單位盲評，依符合題意、提及華航產品或服務、創意評分。每梯次一名得獎者。未中獎之登錄將自動列入所選之後續梯次評選，直至活動結束。活動期間，每張票號僅可獲得一次中獎機會。 同分依相同標準複評。評審決定為最終決定。

5 Prize 獎項

Each winner receives one certificate for a sunrise balloon flight over Melbourne with Global Ballooning Australia, admitting two people: the winner and one companion. The flight date is the date of the round the winner wins. The two seats must be used together and cannot be split, transferred or exchanged for cash. The winner must be 18 or over; there is no age limit for the invited companion, subject to the operator's passenger requirements. Travel to Melbourne, accommodation and insurance are at the winner's expense. The operator's passenger requirements apply to both people; anyone who does not meet them cannot fly and no substitute prize is offered. The China Airlines balloon is not guaranteed. Total prize value AUD 10,800 (18 seats at AUD 600).

每名得獎者獲 Global Ballooning Australia 墨爾本日出熱氣球搭乘券乙份，供二人搭乘：得獎者本人及同行者一名。搭乘日為得獎人得獎梯次之日期。二席須一併使用，不得拆分、轉讓或兌換現金。得獎人須年滿十八歲，所邀請之親友無年齡限制，惟須符合業者搭乘規範。往返墨爾本之交通、住宿與保險由得獎者自行負擔。業者搭乘規範適用於兩人；不符合者不得搭乘，不另提供替代獎項。不保證為中華航空彩繪球。獎項總值 AUD 10,800（18 席，每席 AUD 600）。

6 Claiming 領獎

Winners are notified by email; if a winner cannot be reached by email, China Airlines will call to confirm; winners' surnames and phone numbers are published on the winners list in partly masked form (for example, LIN is shown as L**). Within 72 hours the winner must reply by email to accept the prize, provide their full name and their companion's name, and confirm their agreement to clause 7; no signature is required. Otherwise the prize passes to the next-ranked entry. Contact: sydci@china-airlines.com / +61-2-8339-9188 / 1300-668-052. If the operator cancels for weather, the winner may reschedule to a date the operator offers under its rules; a winner who cannot take any date offered forfeits the prize without compensation. Costs already incurred are not reimbursed. No-shows forfeit the prize.

得獎者以電子郵件通知，如無法以電子郵件聯繫，將以電話確認；得獎者姓氏與電話將以部分遮蔽方式公布於中獎名單（例：LIN 顯示為 L**）。得獎者須於 72 小時內以電子郵件回覆同意受獎，並提供本人全名、同行者姓名及同意第 7 條之約定，無須簽署書面文件；逾期未回覆者由次順位遞補。聯絡：sydci@china-airlines.com／+61-2-8339-9188／1300-668-052。因天候經業者取消者，依業者規定改期至業者提供之日期；無法配合業者提供之改期日期者，視同放棄，不另補償。已支出費用不予補償。未到場視同放棄。

7 Verification and refunds 查核與退票

Ticket and membership details are verified before announcement and before the certificate is issued; the Dynasty Flyer number must match the passenger on the ticket. If you refund your ticket during the competition or after winning and no longer qualify, your entry or prize may be cancelled. The same applies if the journey is rebooked to depart Australia outside 2026. By accepting the prize by email, the winner agrees that if the ticket is refunded after the certificate is issued or used, the value of the balloon certificate, AUD 1,200, is payable to China Airlines. Refunds due to a China Airlines schedule change or cancellation, or on documented medical or other grounds, are exempt.

公布前及核發搭乘券前查核機票與會員資料，華夏會員卡號須與機票旅客相符。於活動期間或得獎後退票致不符資格者，得取消參加或得獎資格；行程改期至 2026 年以外自澳洲出發者，亦同。得獎者以電子郵件回覆同意受獎，即同意：搭乘券發出或使用後退票者，須向中華航空支付熱氣球搭乘券之價值 AUD 1,200。若因華航班表異動、航班取消，或經檢附證明之醫療等其他事由退票者，不在此限。

8 Your entry and general terms 作品與一般條款

By entering you grant China Airlines a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use your entry for this campaign's marketing, and you warrant it is your own work. Personal information is handled as set out in clause 11. China Airlines reserves the right to vary, suspend or end the competition without prior notice, subject to law; is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for loss arising from participation or the prize; and nothing here excludes Australian Consumer Law rights. Tax is the winner's responsibility. Governed by the laws of New South Wales. Any matter not covered by these terms is subject to China Airlines' final interpretation.

參加即授予中華航空永久、免權利金之作品於本活動行銷之使用權；參加者保證作品為本人原創。個人資料之處理依第 11 條辦理。中華航空保留於法令許可範圍內修改、暫停或終止本活動之權利，恕不另行通知；於法令許可之最大範圍內不負參加或獎項所生損失之責任；不排除澳洲消費者法之權利。稅務由得獎者自負。準據法為新南威爾斯州法律。如有其他未盡事宜，中華航空保有最終解釋權。

9 Balloon operator and passenger requirements 熱氣球業者與搭乘規範

The balloon flight is provided independently by a third-party operator, Global Ballooning Australia, and is booked and used under the operator's rules. The operator bears full responsibility for the prize content, participation in the flight, and any issue, service, booking, operation, safety assessment, irregularity or accident arising from it; China Airlines is not responsible for these matters, to the extent permitted by law. China Airlines does not guarantee that the flight can be taken on a particular date, time or condition, and gives no compensation where the certificate cannot be used because of the operator's operations, service changes, safety assessments or any other cause not attributable to China Airlines. If the operator cancels a flight, rescheduling follows clause 6.

Passengers must meet the operator's safety rules and physical requirements. Age, health, mobility, pregnancy and any other factor that may affect flight safety must meet the operator's requirements. Children, older passengers, minors and people with reduced mobility should check with the operator before the flight. The operator has the final say on passenger eligibility and safety assessment.

熱氣球體驗由第三方業者 Global Ballooning Australia 獨立提供，並依業者規定安排預約及使用。所有贈獎內容、後續活動參與、因熱氣球體驗活動所產生之任何問題、服務提供、預約安排、營運管理、安全評估、作業異常或意外事故所致之損害，均由該第三方承擔完全責任，於法令許可範圍內概與中華航空無涉。中華航空不保證旅客得於特定日期、時段或條件下完成兌換或使用熱氣球體驗券；因第三方業者之營運、服務調整、安全評估或其他非可歸責於中華航空之事由，致無法使用體驗券者，中華航空不負任何補償或賠償責任。如業者取消當次飛行，依第 6 條辦理改期。

熱氣球搭乘須符合熱氣球營運業者之安全規範及身體條件要求。搭乘者之年齡、健康狀況、行動能力、懷孕及其他可能影響飛行安全之因素，均須符合營運業者之相關規定。兒童、年長者、未成年旅客及行動較不便者，建議於搭乘前先與營運業者確認是否符合搭乘條件。最終搭乘資格及安全評估，由熱氣球營運業者保留最終審核及決定權。

10 Contact details and breach 聯絡資料與違規

China Airlines is not responsible if a winner notification cannot be delivered in time or correctly because the contact details given at entry are incorrect, and may cancel that entrant's prize. By entering, you agree to these terms. If you breach them, China Airlines may cancel your entry or prize and may claim compensation for any resulting loss.

如因本活動參加者填寫聯絡資訊不正確，導致中獎通知無法及時且正確傳送，中華航空不負任何責任，且得取消其中獎資格。參加者於參加本活動之同時，即同意接受本活動規範；如有違反，中華航空得取消其參加或中獎資格，並就因此所產生之損害，得向參加者請求損害賠償。

11 Personal information collection 個人資料蒐集說明

Collector: China Airlines Ltd., Australia Branch (sydci@china-airlines.com).
What we collect: your ticket number, date of departure from Australia, surname as shown on the ticket, Dynasty Flyer membership number, email address, mobile number, selected flight dates and your answer. If you win, we also collect your full name and your companion's name.
Why: to run and judge the competition, verify eligibility, notify and contact winners, and publish the winners list (surnames and phone numbers partly masked). Your email address is used only to notify you if you win, and your phone number only to confirm if you cannot be reached by email; no promotional messages are sent.
Who receives it: your answer is provided to the independent third-party judges. If you win, your details and your companion's name go to the balloon operator, Global Ballooning Australia, to arrange the flight. Your details are provided to China Airlines' Australia branch.
Your choices: providing this information is voluntary, but without it we cannot accept your entry. Before giving us your companion's name, obtain their consent. You may ask to access or correct your information by contacting sydci@china-airlines.com.
Complaints: if you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact sydci@china-airlines.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (www.oaic.gov.au).
Retention: all personal information is deleted 90 days after the competition ends on 25 November 2026, that is, on 23 February 2027. Exceptions: entries actually used in this campaign's marketing under clause 8 (all other entries are deleted on the same date); and a winner's email acceptance and the details needed to recover the amount in clause 7, which are kept until the winner's ticket has been flown, has expired, or any amount due has been settled.

蒐集項目：機票號碼、澳洲出發日期、機票上之英文姓氏、華夏會員卡號、電子郵件、手機號碼、所選搭乘梯次及作答內容；得獎者另蒐集本人全名及同行者姓名。
蒐集目的：辦理及評選本活動、查核參加資格、通知及聯繫得獎者、公布中獎名單（姓氏與電話部分遮蔽）。電子郵件僅用於寄送中獎通知，電話僅於無法以電子郵件聯繫時用於確認，不寄送任何優惠訊息。
提供對象：作答內容提供予第三方獨立評審單位。得獎者之資料及同行者姓名將提供予熱氣球業者 Global Ballooning Australia 以安排搭乘；資料並將提供予中華航空澳洲分公司。
當事人權利：提供資料為自願，惟未提供者無法完成登錄。提供同行者姓名前，請先取得其同意。如需查詢或更正資料，請聯絡 sydci@china-airlines.com。
申訴：如認為本公司處理您的個人資料有不當之處，請聯絡 sydci@china-airlines.com；如對處理結果不滿意，得向澳洲資訊專員辦公室（OAIC，www.oaic.gov.au）提出申訴。
保存期限：活動於 2026 年 11 月 25 日結束，所有個人資料將於結束 90 天後，即 2027 年 2 月 23 日刪除。例外：依第 8 條實際用於本活動行銷之作品（其餘作品於同日一併刪除）；以及得獎者之電子郵件同意紀錄與第 7 條追償所需資料，保存至得獎者機票已搭乘、效期屆滿或應付款項結清為止。
